Galeri Ianto Art Gallery Llanfaes, Beaumaris

On November 21st Galeri Ianto gallery opens in Llanfaes, near Beaumaris with an exhibition of lithographic works from the world renowned Curwen Studio following their 50th anniversary tour.

Artists include: Sir Henry Moore, Paula Rego, Barbara Hepworth, Patrick Heron, Rolf Harris, Elisabeth Frink, John Piper, Graham Sutherland, John Lennon, Edward Bawden, Mary Fedden, Mike McCartney, Claudia Williams and many more.

There will also be original artwork on sale by Sir Kyffin Williams RA, Wilf Roberts, Donald McIntyre, Stanley Jones MBE, Karel Lek RCA and sculptural pieces by Alwen Hughes-Harris.

Once the childhood home of the late Sir Kyffin Williams, Galeri Ianto, housed in a character, late nineteenth century country house, will be bringing famous artworks to the island for the enjoyment of local people.

This is a quiet rural location, with fine lawns and tree coverage and a magical view eastwards of the Menai Straits and the Snowdon mountain range.
